It is with great satisfaction and pride that I announce the launch of the Solana Whistleblower’s Channel.
This initiative aims to strengthen the ethical and transparent work environment and was developed based on the best market practices and based on Brazilian Law 12846/2013 and Decree No. 8420/2015.
The Whistleblower Channel is available 24h00 a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and lends itself to the anonymous registration of denunciations from the availability of the Ouvidor Digital system so that employees, representatives, partners, suppliers and other interested parties, and finally, any company that directly or indirectly relates to Solana anonymously denounces occurrences of non-compliance with legislation or the existence of inappropriate and unethical conduct that may affect the company’s image, financial result and work environment.
Employees may use the Whistleblower Channel, which will ensure total anonymity. Solana expressly prohibits any retaliation against the employee who reports or who collaborates with future investigations.
